Hotel Reservation Policies



Payments and Guarantees

You have to pay in full by credit card at time of booking. The cardholder must be one of the hotel guests. If we have problem obtaining authorization from your credit card, we will contact you via email or fax, and your reservation will be canceled. Your reservation is guaranteed only when we receive full payment from you.

 


Electronic Vouchers

Once we receive authorization from your credit card, a hotel prepaid voucher will be available to you within 3 working days.

 


Changes

No fees will be charged when changes are made more than 3 days (72 hours) before arrival at the hotel. US$30 will be charged when changes are made within 3 days.


Cancellations

US$30 will be charged when cancellation is made more than 3 day (72 hours) prior to arrival. Fees equivalent to ONE night's rate will be charged for cancellation made within 3 days.

FlyOnline.ca shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss or damage resulting from the negligence of the customers or the persons providing the accommodations and travel related services. Furthermore, FlyOnline.ca shall not be held liable for cancellations, double bookings or over bookings by the hotels which may result in a substitution of services to be provided.


Passport and Visas

All tour participants require valid passports when traveling abroad. Possession of correct travel documents is your own responsibility. In the event you do not obtain the required documentation you will be denied boarding by the air carrier or refused entry into the country of destination. No refund will be made under such circumstances.


Baggage

Baggage allowance in the Orient is restricted to 20 kilos or 44 pounds. Portage of one piece of baggage only is included. Baggage is at owner's risk throughout the tour. No responsibility is accepted for loss, theft or damage to bag- gage or any of the passenger's belongings, however caused. It is recommended to carry baggage insurance. Health: Normally, vaccinations are no longer required, unless you travel from or via an infected area. Minor medication or prescription drugs should also be carried with you.

FlyOnline.ca of 15 Kern Road, North York, Ontario M3B-1S9 (hereinafter expressed as "the Company"), gives notice that all tickets and coupons issued by the Company and all arrangements for transport or conveyance or hotel accommodations are made by the Company as agent upon the expressed condition that the Company shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or by defect in any vehicle, or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out arrangements of the tour(s), or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or servant. The Company and 1 or associated companies accept no responsibility for any losses, additional expense, distress, disappointments or frustrations, whether physical or mental, resulting from delays due to mechanical breakdowns, changes in flight, train, steamer or other services, government refusal to issue you a visa, your failure to obtain relevant advice from your travel agent, your health problems or your disabilities existing prior to, arising during or as a result of your travel, weather, strikes, force majeure, quarantine or other causes or acts of God. All tour itineraries and fares may be affected by alterations in steamship, air or railroad service of the various countries, or by other causes. The right is reserved for the Company to withdraw any tour announced in this program, substitute hotels, and to make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found necessary for the convenience of the parties and the proper execution of the tour(s). Such right is also reserved to decline, to accept or to expel any person as a member of any tour at any time whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the tour group. The Company also reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure. In such case, full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement with the passenger. The air- lines concerned are not held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passengers' contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and purchaser of these tours and 1 or passenger. Any and 1 or all transportation companies herein mentioned shall have or incur no responsibility or liability to any traveler aside from their liability as common carriers. These such associated parties reserve the right to make alterations or adjustments to the arrangements as may be necessary. This includes hotels, meals, tours, transportation, services, sightseeing, excursions and theater tickets. The right is reserved to make appropriate changes as required and the final schedule, which remains subject to last-minute changes, will be made available upon arrival at your destination.
